Equipment, vehicle and business finance.
Mako Partners arranges finance for equipment, vehicles, property and working capital. Each facility is structured to suit the asset, the industry and the cash flow of the business.
Lending structures.
Chattel mortgage
You own the asset from settlement and the lender takes security over it. The most common structure for equipment finance, with GST and depreciation benefits for most trading businesses.
Finance lease
The lender owns the asset and leases it to you for a fixed term, with the option to purchase or upgrade at the end. Suits businesses that do not want to own the asset outright.
Operating lease
Fixed rentals for the use of the equipment over an agreed term, with the asset returned at the end. Suits assets that are replaced on a regular cycle.
Rent-to-buy
Approval is based on the asset rather than the credit file. You rent the equipment for a fixed term, then purchase it at a pre-agreed price, return it, or continue renting at a reduced rate.
Master limit facility
A pre-approved limit that is drawn down as assets are purchased, so one approval covers a period of acquisitions rather than a separate application for each.
Low-doc & no-doc
For established ABN holders. Approval without full financial statements, subject to lender criteria.
Refinance & sale-and-leaseback
Restructure existing facilities, or raise capital against unencumbered assets you already own.
Capital raise & private lending
Where a transaction falls outside bank policy, Mako Partners can lend directly from its own capital.
Insurance premium funding
Annual insurance premiums paid by monthly instalment.
